The 2TO10 Leadership Retreat takes place October 17-19, 2027, in Wayzata, Minnesota. It brings together owners and leaders of multi-location salons and spas with 2 to 10 locations from across the United States and Canada to compare performance, solve shared challenges and plan their next stage of growth with peers who run businesses like theirs.
The retreat is part of The 2TO10 Project, a community founded by Qnity’s Tom Kuhn, a former owner of an 8-location, multi-state salon spa. The program includes P&L data and benchmarks for multi-location salons, moderated roundtables on the five core functions of the business and strategic planning. It is built for the whole leadership team: owners, operators and leaders in marketing, education, operations, HR and finance.
